How quickly can you match my child with a tutor?
We aim to find a suitable tutor as soon as possible. Most students are matched within 24–48 hours, depending on the subject, year level, location and tutor availability.
What lesson formats are available?
We offer one-to-one online tutoring, face-to-face tutoring where a suitable local tutor is available, and online group lessons.
How do you choose the right tutor?
We consider the student’s individual learning needs, year level, curriculum, subject requirements, goals, preferred lesson format and availability before recommending a tutor.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We’ll contact you within 24 hours to understand what support the student needs. We’ll then identify a suitable tutor and help arrange the first lesson.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the day of a scheduled lesson incur the full one-hour lesson fee.
Will I receive updates after lessons?
Yes. Parents receive a lesson report outlining what was covered, key learning points, next steps and the tutor’s plan for future lessons.
